Treat Back Pain at Home

When you wake up in the mornings, is your back so stiff that you have a rough time getting out of bed? Do you have problems sitting down in a chair or getting up out of a chair? Well here is a way to correct that problem. I know of a few simple and easy exercises that you do before and after you get out of bed. Do these every morning and see the amazing results. It only takes about 10 minutes. When you first start, you may not be able to get your knees any higher than your hips but keep up the good work and before you know it, you will or almost be able to touch your knee to your chin and your back will feel great. You will be able to sit or raise yourself from a chair on your legs, not by hanging onto something to help you up.
