Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, Don’t underestimate the health benefits of a nutritious breakfast. The first meal of the day not only provides the nutrients and energy that your body needs to move and think but also makes you less hungry later in the day. Men who don’t eat breakfast tend to eat more at lunch and dinner, resulting in an overall increase in calorie intake when compared with breakfast eaters.

Breakfast literally means breaking the overnight fast. After not eating for 12 hours or more, your blood sugar level is low and your body needs fuel. Don’t deprive your body of its first meal of the day just because you don’t have much time. Take breakfast with you in the car or on the train.
